Work Site Environment

Responsibilities

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops according to seasonal requirements
  • Fertilize and spray crops using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Harvest crops during peak season
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties as assigned
  • Monitor crop growth and report any issues or concerns
  • Assist with grain handling and storage operations
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Apply pesticides and herbicides safely following regulations
  • Assist with field preparation including tilling and seeding
  • Operate tractors, combines, and other agricultural equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities
  • Assist with irrigation systems as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Support daily farm operations during peak and off-peak seasons
  • Help with loading and unloading grain for transport
  • Maintain accurate records of farming activities
