Job Overview
Saverio Bozzo is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Support Worker to provide personal care and daily living support in a private home setting in Concord, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, safety-minded, and confident assisting elderly clients and persons with disabilities with hygiene, mobility, meal support, and companionship. You will help maintain comfort and independence while following established routines and respecting privacy at all times. CPR and First Aid are required, and the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced home environment with flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Administer bedside and personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and comfort
• Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, including grooming and dressing support
• Feed or assist in feeding and ensure meals are provided safely and respectfully
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to preferences and any dietary guidance provided
• Assist in regular exercise such as walking and basic mobility routines as appropriate
• Provide companionship and supportive conversation to promote emotional well-being
• Provide personal care support throughout the shift and follow daily routines consistently
• Observe and report changes in condition, mobility, appetite, mood, or routine to the employer promptly
• Maintain a safe environment in the home by keeping care areas tidy and reducing hazards
