Job Overview
Webster Acre is hiring an experienced Grain Farm Worker to support planting through harvest operations in a rural area near Indian Head, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for someone with practical grain farming experience who can work safely with machinery, follow crop schedules, and maintain steady productivity during peak seasonal periods. You will assist with planting, cultivation, irrigation, fertilizing and spraying, harvesting, and general farm duties, while also operating and maintaining farm equipment to keep fieldwork running smoothly. Staff accommodation is available, and overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods.

Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant grain/crop farming experience

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops according to farm schedules and field conditions
- Fertilize and spray crops following instructions and safe handling procedures
- Harvest crops efficiently while maintaining quality and minimizing losses
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including routine checks and basic upkeep
- Perform general farm duties such as yard upkeep, cleanup, basic repairs, and supporting seasonal tasks
- Follow farm safety practices and report hazards, crop concerns, or equipment issues promptly
Work Conditions and Expectations
- Outdoor work in changing weather conditions with time-sensitive seasonal deadlines
- Ability to work longer hours and overtime during peak planting and harvest windows
- Consistent focus on safety when working around machinery, field traffic, and crop inputs
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and coordinate with the farm team
