Key Responsibilities

Accompany patients during outdoor recreational activities.
Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
Take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Serve meal trays and assist in feeding patients.
Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients.
Make beds and maintain cleanliness in patients’ rooms.
Transport patients using wheelchairs or stretchers.
Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.

Qualifications

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Hospital/medical facility or clinic
Nursing home/home for the aged
Public or community health centre

Credentials

Required: First Aid Certificate
