Job Overview
Everspring Farms Ltd. is hiring dependable Labourers for Food and Beverage Processing to support daily production, packaging, and sanitation operations at our Seaforth facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term, permanent employment in a structured manufacturing environment where food safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail matter every day. You will help move materials, prepare and load ingredients, operate basic packaging tasks, and assist machine operators to keep production lines running efficiently. Work Setting

• Food and beverage processing/packaging environment
• Production line work with strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Standing for extended periods and working at a steady pace to meet production targets

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Follow food safety and safe handling procedures, including hygiene, contamination prevention, and proper use of PPE as required
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to support production flow
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines according to instructions and production requirements
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers for packaging
• Remove filled containers from conveyors and prepare them for packing, sealing, and palletizing
• Manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers while maintaining product and packaging standards
• Feed and unload processing machines as directed to keep equipment running smoothly
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects such as incorrect seals, damaged packaging, contamination, or labeling issues and report concerns promptly
• Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, including staging materials and supporting line changeovers when required
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain sanitation standards and prevent cross-contamination
• Maintain an orderly workstation and follow workplace safety rules at all times

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Repetitive tasks and production-line pace
• Strong manual dexterity for packing, sorting, and handling materials
• Attention to detail for quality checks and accurate packing
• Handling heavy loads as required (lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling materials and product)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working around processing and packaging equipment in a busy environment
