Job Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Prepare simple meals and snacks as needed
Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure quality care
Maintain cleanliness and perform light housekeeping duties

Qualifications

Certificate: Health Care Aide Certificate (required)
Experience: Minimum two years of health care aide experience, with long-term care and/or palliative care experience as an asset
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
