Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year

TalentSphere is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in High-Rise Residential Construction to join our dynamic team in the Toronto, GTA region. Our client is expanding, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead two significant projects: one standalone high-rise and a multiphase residential project. If you have successfully completed at least two full-cycle High-Rise residential projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Safety Manager to maintain and meet safety objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and control projects in line with established policies and systems.
  • Supervise project administration and engineering teams while collaborating with superintendents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
  • Enforce and implement construction site rules and procedures as needed.
  • Manage and track project costs and revenue, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Approve subcontractor progress payments and material invoices.
  • Work with Site Management to ensure timely project completion.
  • Identify and address project challenges that may impact the construction schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management within the High-Rise Residential Construction sector.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, Scheduling Programs, Project, and Cost Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
