TalentSphere is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in High-Rise Residential Construction to join our dynamic team in the Toronto, GTA region. Our client is expanding, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead two significant projects: one standalone high-rise and a multiphase residential project. If you have successfully completed at least two full-cycle High-Rise residential projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Safety Manager to maintain and meet safety objectives.
- Plan, organize, and control projects in line with established policies and systems.
- Supervise project administration and engineering teams while collaborating with superintendents.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
- Enforce and implement construction site rules and procedures as needed.
- Manage and track project costs and revenue, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Approve subcontractor progress payments and material invoices.
- Work with Site Management to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify and address project challenges that may impact the construction schedule.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management within the High-Rise Residential Construction sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, Scheduling Programs, Project, and Cost Management Systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Health & Safety Training (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights).
- Experience with municipal and provincial construction regulations.
