Experience

• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in home support, caregiving, personal care, or similar work

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Administer bedside and personal care while maintaining privacy, dignity, and comfort
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of personal hygiene
• Administer medications as directed and follow established routines and instructions
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to preferences and any dietary guidance provided
• Provide personal care support throughout the day based on the client’s needs
• Provide companionship, supportive conversation, and a reassuring presence
• Observe changes in routine, mobility, appetite, or overall well-being and report concerns to the employer promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe environment around care areas and follow household safety practices
• Respect confidentiality and professional boundaries in a private home setting
