Job Overview
Les Serres Savoura Lévis Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Helper to support day-to-day maintenance activities in a busy greenhouse/production environment in Lévis, Québec. This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and ready to learn. You will assist maintenance staff and tradespersons by moving tools and materials, keeping work areas clean, and supporting routine upkeep tasks that help the facility run safely and efficiently. Work Setting

• Greenhouse/production facility environment
• Maintenance support role working near tools, equipment, and operating machinery
• Tasks vary daily depending on maintenance schedules and facility needs

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Move tools, equipment, and other materials to support maintenance work and keep operations on schedule
• Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, including set-up and clean-up of work areas
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain safety, reduce hazards, and support preventive maintenance routines
• Help maintain an organized workspace by collecting debris, returning tools, and storing materials properly
• Follow site safety procedures and instructions when working near equipment, moving parts, or maintenance zones
• Report damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor promptly

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change
• Comfortable working indoors in a greenhouse/industrial setting (temperature and humidity may vary)
• Attention to detail to keep areas clean, safe, and organized
