• Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes
• Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• Weeding
• Harvest crops
• Maintain work records and logs
• Perform general farm duties
• Write daily basic progress reports
• Cut horticultural crops
• Hand harvesting vegetables
• Apply the technique of hoeing between the row
• Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient
• management, precision farming technology and cover crops
